William Farrett, DPM, is a skilled podiatrist practicing at Colorado Foot and Ankle Sports Medicine in Parker, Colorado. 

Dr. Farrett graduated with multiple honors, including summa cum laude, from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1995. Prior to attending Temple University, Dr. Farrett graduated from New York University cum laude. Dr. Farrett successfully completed a reconstructive surgical residency at Presbyterian/St Luke’s (Highlands) from 1995 to 1998. 

He continues to be an active attending and member of the Residency Committee at Highlands/PSL Residency program. He is part-time faculty in the Department of Surgery at Presbyterian/St Luke’s in Denver. 

Dr. Farrett is board certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Farrett is a co-founder of the Highlands Foot and Ankle Institute, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that has sent several residents on mission trips to Honduras and Peru. 

Dr. Farrett is currently the Clinic Director at The Highlands Podiatry Clinic at the Denver Wound Center. He has been promoted to Assistant Program Director of the Highlands/PSL Podiatric Surgical Residency Program. 

Dr. Farrett strongly believes in education by helping patients understand their pathologies. He believes in taking time with each patient so they feel welcome and satisfied with their visit.  

Dr. Farrett enjoys Nordic skiing and cycling on and off-road. He was an avid runner for 35 years and completed hundreds of races, including the Leadville 100 run twice. He lives with his two sons in Highlands Ranch.
