William Farrett, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon at Colorado Foot + Ankle Sports Medicine in Parker, Colorado.
Dr. Farrett attended New York University for his undergraduate education. After graduating, he went on to pursue his doctorate at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, graduating with summa cum laude honors in 1995. He then completed his four-year surgical residency at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center from 1995 to 1998.
Dedicated to the future of medicine, Dr. Farrett continues to be an active member of the Highlands Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center, where he is a part of the residency committee. He is also a part-time faculty member in the department of podiatric surgery at Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center.
Dr. Farrett co-founded the Highlands Foot and Ankle Institute, which is a non-profit organization that sends residents on mission trips to Peru and Honduras. He is the clinical director of The Highlands Podiatry Clinic, as well as an assistant program director for their podiatric surgical residency program.
At Colorado Foot + Ankle Sports Medicine, Dr. Farrett is passionate about helping patients understand their condition and takes time to educate them on their health. Committed to patient experiences, he delivers compassionate care that allows each patient to feel welcome during their visit.
Outside of work, Dr. Farrett enjoys cycling and skiing. He is also an avid runner for over 35 years and has competed in several hundred races, including the Leadville Trail 100. Dr. Farrett currently lives with his two sons in Highlands Ranch.
